How a system project works

We start with an analysis workshop (1–2 days) where we map processes, identify priorities, and define an MVP — the minimum scope that delivers value from day one.

Delivery takes 6–10 weeks (for simpler scope) or longer for larger systems. We work iteratively — delivering working pieces weekly, collecting feedback, and adjusting direction.

Scope and price depend on process complexity. Fixed pricing after analysis. 50% upfront, 50% on launch.
