Process Support Systems
We design and deploy systems built around the real processes in your company — ERP, CRM, WMS/OMS, FSM/PSA. No off-the-shelf solutions.
Custom software instead of boxed solutions
Off-the-shelf ERP and CRM systems promise everything — and deliver compromises. Your company has unique processes, specific data flows, and its own business logic. Why force it into a tool designed for everyone?
We build process support systems that mirror the real way work happens in your organization. You don't adapt to the software — the software adapts to you.
What's included
We handle every system from process analysis through data architecture to deployment and team training.
- Business process analysis — workflow mapping, bottleneck identification
- Data architecture — data model tailored to your business logic
- Interface design — clear UI built for your team's daily workflow
- Integrations & APIs — connections to existing tools (ERP, accounting, warehouse)
- Automation — rules, notifications, reports, exports
- Deployment & training — production launch, data migration, onboarding
Types of systems we build
Every system is different, but we most commonly work on:
- ERP — resource management, planning, finance, supply chain
- CRM — customer relationship management, sales pipeline, follow-ups
- WMS / OMS — warehouse and order management
- FSM / PSA — field service management, professional services
- LOB — custom line-of-business applications for your industry
- Dashboards & BI — analytics panels, reports, data visualizations
Business process automation
Manually transferring data between spreadsheets, sending reminder emails, generating Monday reports — that's work a system should handle, not a person.
We identify repetitive processes in your company and automate them: from simple rules (order status change → notification to warehouse) to complex workflows with multiple stages, conditions, and external integrations.
How a system project works
We start with an analysis workshop (1–2 days) where we map processes, identify priorities, and define an MVP — the minimum scope that delivers value from day one.
Delivery takes 6–10 weeks (for simpler scope) or longer for larger systems. We work iteratively — delivering working pieces weekly, collecting feedback, and adjusting direction.
Scope and price depend on process complexity. Fixed pricing after analysis. 50% upfront, 50% on launch.
